Counseling services can be provided to students (age 13-18) on campus of their international school. Leticia has worked closely with schools to provide students with the necessary help in order to conveniently meet their needs.
Mor-A-You offers counseling services in office, online, at school, or in your own home. This type of counseling is unique, so please contact so we can decide if this is the right choice for you.

Fitness can be utilized as a form of treatment for mental stress. The endorphins released during a strenuous exercise session have been proven to improve mood.
